I need a copy of my Tax Invoice, can you help?

Login to the Midnight Music Community website and click on Member Support in the top right hand corner.

Then access our customer center, by clicking on the link:

On the customer center page scroll down to the payment info section and you will see all of your invoices. This screenshot is an example account.

Click on View Invoice for the invoice you want to review. If you would like to save a copy, then you will need to right click on the invoice and select Print.

Change the destination to Save as PDF, and then save to your computer.

If you are an Australian customer and did not receive your Tax Invoice reflecting the GST, please contact us using this form to request a copy.
